We provide active portfolio management and customized asset allocation services through the Fidelity Investments brokerage platform. As an independent investment advisory firm, we have the freedom to evaluate all available investment products for our clients. Prior to opening a Fidelity account, prospective clients meet with Mr. Sean Chaitman and mutually determine individual financial objectives and risk tolerance. Afterwards, Mr. Chaitman proposes a customized plan that may include one or more of our investment strategies. We consult with our clients to address any questions that may arise and to help ensure that they are always in an appropriate asset allocation mix.
To simplify tax reporting Fidelity issues a year-end consolidated 1099 tax form containing cost-basis and capital gains reports that clients may provide to their accountants.
